Shipping policy

We currently ship all across the US.

**Please be sure to double check your address when setting orders. Once the order is placed if you notice that you entered your address incorrectly, immediately contact us at info@flourre.com.

If your order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do to reroute the shipment and you will NOT be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure all the details entered are correct. 

U.S. shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $60+ (U.S. only)

U.S. orders are shipped through USPS.

Standard shipping : 2 to 5 business days 

Express shipping : 1 to 2 business days 

We usually process and ship orders within 1 business day.

If it has been more than 10 days since your order has shipped and you have not received your item, please contact us through our 'contact us' page with your order # and date of order placed so that we may investigate and help resolve this issue.

** Express shipping depends on the country, it's best to go by the option presented when checking out to better know when to expect your package. **

Orders on our end are shipped within 1 business day of receiving them. However, with international shipping, there may be delays due to customs. Once the package reaches the destination country, the time it takes your order to reach you is dependent on the destination country's postal service. 

With international shipments, you will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number to track your order. This number can be used throughout your orders entire journey from when it leaves the US to when it arrives to your door.

*At the moment we do not accept returns with international shipments.

* Please note, orders shipped out of the US may be subject to custom fees, duties, and taxes. We cannot be held liable for delays that occur due to customs. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and is dependent on the customs agency of the destination country and thus, not Flourré's responsibility. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the package will be returned to Flourré and you will be refunded the cost of the order (excluding shipping costs & fines we may be subject due to the 'returned to sender' parcel.)
